These conditions can be altered, and it is your responsibility to read periodically, once the current conditions are the ones applicable at the moment.

1. Object of Rock n' Dot

This online store is managed by the company Relance Calçados, a society with headquarters in Rua Circular do Perm, 1956, Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal, with the VAT number 506801810.

The present terms and conditions apply to all users or customers of the website (rockndot.store) and, as well, to all commercial transactions carried out on the website.

By using the website or making a purchase, the user assumes the knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of the present terms and conditions.

3. Register on Website

You can choose to register or not, however, the registration makes it possible to save your personal information for later actions, such as promotions.

If you decide to register, you can access your personal account, manage your definitions, save your favorite items, and keep up with your orders.

The moment you access your personal account, you are accepting the present terms & conditions.

4. The Purchase Process

Making an order on our website is easy:

  • Browse through our online store and find the products that you wish to purchase.

  • Add the products to the shopping cart through the button “buy”

  • Next, fill out your personal data in a simple form ( attention when filling in your address)

  • After selecting the payment method

  • Review your order

  • Proceed to checkout by confirming the order 

  • Finally, you will receive the order confirmation by email

After finishing the checkout process, your order is submitted and you just have to wait for the shipping information.

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction, except if there is any technical problem, or if we don’t receive any payment. We suggest that you print it out or download it for future reference. 

In case that your personal information is not correct you can ask immediately for the alteration or even, annulment of the purchase.

You may track your order with a code provided by the delivery service. Your order will be delivered by the logistic operator at the address that you indicated in the checkout process, as well as the respective invoice.

By submitting the order form, the user is agreeing with these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy.

Rock n’ Dot has the right to refuse or cancel deliveries even after automatic confirmation, in the following situations:

A) The product is not available 

b) The payment was made without using any of the payment methods specified on the site

c) The billing information is not correct

d) If is not possible to deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the user

e) The lack of payment confirmation

f) The non-compliance of the general terms and conditions

5. Rock n' Dot Products

The products for selling are described and presented accordingly with the original characteristics.

At Rock n’ Dot, we made every effort to ensure that the information presented on the website is free of errors, and every time that happens we will proceed as soon as possible to the correction.

The pictures presented may not correspond to the product described. The reproduction of the products is as close as possible to reality.

In case the information presented does not match to the product characteristics, the client will be informed and will have the right to annul his order request.

The client understands and accepts that the product images may not be perfect and totally representative of the real features of the product, it may differ in color, dimensions, etc. The customer recognizes yet that the images are for illustrative purposes and compromises to read carefully the description about the features.

The client may ask for complementary information about the products at any moment, using the contacts mentioned in the present conditions.

6. Quality and Warranty

Rock n’ Dot does not commercialize second-hand, defective or sub-standard products  to existing standards on http://www.rockndot.store.

The essential features of every product for sale on this website are available on the respective page for each product. Products may not exactly match the actual product regarding the image / picture displayed and colours, especially due to the web browser and monitor used.

All products sold by Rock n’ Dot on www.rockndot.store are covered by the warranty periods legally established for the sale of consumer goods, as stipulated in Decree-Law no. 67/2003 of 8 April, amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of 21 May

Excluded from this warranty are defects caused by neglect or misuse.

To activate the warranty, the consumer must inform Rock n’ Dot about the lack of conformity, stating the order number and a description of the defect, by e-mail.

7. Payment Methods

For the convenience of our customers, we offer several payment methods for their orders.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Atm reference (for Portugal), MBWay, and Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

This information will be only used to perform the necessary procedures for purchases, returns, or reporting cases of fraud to the police.

8. Prices

All prices for Rock n’ Dot products available on our website rockndot.store, Include Value Added Tax (VAT), at the rate of 23% or at the rate in effect at the time. The total VAT payable by the user will be indicated on the invoice sent when shipping.

Prices are in all in Euro currency and any change in the country of delivery of the order may have an influence on the prices due to transport costs

Product prices may vary due to launch price, promotional offers or discounts

Rock n´ Dot reserves the right to at any time and can unilaterally change the prices of their products, except where the order has been confirmed and expedited

If there is an error in the price of the requested products, either Relance or the user may at any time, until the products are despatched, cancel the order request.

Any additional cost of distribution will be added to the price of products ordered in the online store.

9. Shipping

Bearing in mind that the shoes are made by order and that we don’t have stocks, therefore the manufacturing time adds to the delivery time.

The deliveries are carried out by the forwarder CTT Expresso, however, in case of unavailability, the order may be delivered by another forwarder company.

Without prejudice to the product availability, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, the product will be sent in the estimated time specified order confirmation, or if not specified any date, within 30 days after the validation.

Rock n’ Dot will inform the customer in the event of failing to meet the estimated deadline, having the option to reschedule a new delivery date or cancel the order with a total refund of the paid amount, without prejudice to all the rights that assist you, under the terms of the applicable legislation.

The Products will be considered “delivered” when the customer or a third person indicated by him has the products, which Rock n’ Dot will prove by the respective receipt proof.

If for any reason, the customer can’t receive the delivery or pick it up at the location specified by the shipping company, we ask you to contact the forwarder, so they can solve the problem in the most appropriate way

Any subsequent change of delivery address, alterations to the form of delivery as well as a second delivery of an order can cause additional expenses, which will be charged to the consumer.

At the moment of delivery, the customer must verify the conditions of the products in the package and if matches your purchase . If you find any irregularity or damage you should immediately communicate to us and you’ll guide you through the process.

Without prejudice to the right of free resolution provided in the present conditions, the customer can ask for the order cancelation in the online store, until the moment of the dispatch. For this purpose, you should contact Rock n’ Dot through the communication channels specified in the conditions.

10. Returns & Refunds

The products can be exchanged or returned 100 days after receiving the order.

Please send us an email to hello@rockndot.store with your order number to start the process.

The shipping cost of  returns is assumed by the customer.

All shoes must be returned in the same conditions they were delivered. Damaged products can not be exchanged or returned, except if arrives damaged.

Once we receive the return of the item, and it is approved you will get an email confirming the fulfillment of the required conditions.

In case of a return, the refund will be transferred to you within 14 days to the same payment method, which you did the purchase. In case of doubt, contact us.

If you wish to change an item, you should start a return process, and acquire the product that you wish.

NOTE: We will not accept exchanges and returns after the time fixed, except if an exception applies.

The client has the right to return articles with defects and other divergences concerning what was ordered. The return can be done in 100 days after receiving the package at the client’s specified address.

In case of a justified return, the price and the shipping costs will be refunded totally. The products can only be returned if they show no signs of use or damages and preferably in the same package in which they were delivered.
